Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to ARCHER subscriptions purchased from Archer Systems LLC.
1. Evaluation Period
ARCHER includes a 30-day evaluation period. At the end of the evaluation period, paid subscription billing begins unless canceled before the trial ends.
2. Refund Window
A refund may be requested within 14 days of the first paid subscription charge. This refund window applies to the initial paid subscription transaction only.
3. Exclusions
- Refunds are not available for charges after the initial paid subscription transaction.
- Professional services or implementation services, if purchased separately, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send a request to info@archersystems.io with your company name, billing email, and purchase reference. We review requests promptly and provide a response by email.
5. Access After Refund
If a refund is issued, associated paid subscription access may be canceled or downgraded accordingly.
